OVERVIEW:
This property comprises two titled lots of 23,265 sq. meters and 34,547 sq. meters for a total of 57,812 sq. meters. It is rectangle in shape and flat to gently sloping. The property is split in the middle by a seasonal stream and the land gently slopes inward towards the stream. It has an incredible view of the rain forest mountains where the Estrella Falls are located and the ocean can be seen in the distance from one spot on the land. REACHING THE PROPERTY:
