OVERVIEW:
The property is fully planted with cashew trees and 90% these are bearing; 50 coconut trees (bearing). One (1) Carabao Mango (quality mango), Chinese Mango and Indian Mango total of (8 mango trees) all are bearing, 1 Santol, 5 Calamansi and few native pineapple and other fruit trees. ¼ portion of the area is rice field harvesting 30-50 sacks or more per harvest.
